Good location close to the river and easy walk to downtown. The room was nice and had a pleasant atmosphere with clean bedding and towels. A bonus was the complimentary breakfast, which was served hot and had several options.
Terrible customer service. Over Easter, the staff was short-tempered and rude.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast that was included in the price. the location was also great as it was very close to the downtown area and all of the festive holiday events. I enjoyed the friendly staff who were always willing to help with any questions or concerns.
The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around or store luggage. the bathroom was also tiny and lacked counter space.
